A synthpop song from 1982! I lived in London back then.

I was astonished to see Vince Clarke form Yazoo right after leaving Depeche Mode

and release this song which almost hit the top of the charts.

Depeche Modeを抜けて女性ボーカリストAlison MoyetとYazooを結成し、いきなり大ヒットを飛ばしたVince Clarke (Depeche Mode初期のヒット曲を書いた人) には当時衝撃を受けました。

映像中には、Yazooのデビューアルバム発売当時の批評家による文章を載せてあります。当時ロンドンで買った雑誌"Smash Hits"の切り抜きを41年間も保管していたことになります…
